Raimon Land Public Company Limited has formed a significant partnership with Baan Ying from Bangkok Wooden Spoon Group to expand its business portfolio, aiming to ensure continuous revenue generation both domestically and in the Southeast Asian region.



Mr. Adrian Lee, CEO of Raimon Land Public Company Limited, has announced a strategic shift in revenue generation across five key areas:
1) Residential valued at 5 billion Baht, supporting revenue from 2-3 projects this year.
2) Commercial with 100,000 SQ.M. of NLP over 5 years.
3) Hospitality with 1,000 keys over 5 years.
4) Food & Beverage generating 100 million Baht in revenue per year.
5) Online Digital Platform targeting 10 million users per year.

 



This collaboration marks a significant investment in the food and beverage sector with Baan Ying Group, aiming to introduce authentic Thai cuisine to international markets. Plans are in place to expand the business throughout Southeast Asia and China, with the opening of 10-15 restaurant branches by 2020 in target cities such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. It is expected to generate over 100 million Baht in revenue in 2018, with projections to grow to 1 billion Baht by 2025. Additionally, Raimon Land plans to open a premium seafood restaurant along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, offering views of the river.

As a family business, Baan Ying has been serving Thai cuisine for over 20 years with popular menu items. The first two restaurants will open at the Royal Square building located in the Novena Health City complex:
1) Dink Dink, offering Thai food in a casual setting with dishes like Tom Yum Noodles.
2) Baan Ying, featuring a selection of everyday Thai dishes presented in a contemporary Thai style.
3) The third restaurant is set to launch in Q3 2018, specializing in Thai-Isaan hot pot with a focus on bold flavors.
